OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!

I just got an email from my broker for the house that FH and I were looking at.... he never gave me a final answer if I should bring the first security deposit or not - like as if it was def. ours or not... Or if we were signing the lease papers this weekend and all that...

But his email just said to bring a check or cash in the amount listed! It's going to be OURS! OMG i'm soooo happy!!! This is the PERFECT house for us!!

WOOO HOOO!!

Yes, it's a rent to own, but we don't think we are going to buy it out... we're going to take the next year to look where we really want to settle down for life...LOL. Right now this is just getting our feet in the water to make sure of our budget comfortablly... and how it REALLY is to be completely on our own! Verrry exciting!
