so i was driving to my parents and i'm on 109 in west babylon. someone jackasss blows a red light and almost hits me. so i slam on my breaks and hit my seat. i had my seatbelt on. he didnt hit me. but the way that i hit my seat from going from 60 to 0 in like 2 seconds i twisted my back. it took me almost 10 minutes to get out of my car. and then almost 15 to pick my self up to get on the bed. im in sooo much pain ughhh.. FH is coming home now to take care of me. i cant get out of bed :(

of course they didnt stop. just kept going jerk. i wish i would have gotten his license plate number. i'd egg his car lol
i finally found a semi comfortable spot of half sitting half laying. ive never been in this much pain before. luckily FH hurts his back all the time and i took his medicine.

OMG BE CAREFULLLL You shoudl go to the doctors just incase you slipped a disk... sometimes that can be the worst. Just be careful, and try to lay on a hard surface with a pillow under your back... that will make sure your spine is straight.... feel better

anyone know anything good to take for back pain? i just like cant straighten my back. im leaning a lil to the right and just cant move to the left at all :(
i took naproxen ( a muscle relaxer) and celebrex not sure what it is but my mom made me take it. i dunno wtff im gonna do about work tomorrow :( i just took a week off not this past week but the week before when my aunt passed. ic ant take any more days :(

DH is busy playing Halo3. So i move and go 'oh uh oh ow ow' and he cant hear it bc hes got his headset on. i want to strangle him. hes moody today
