I noticed u lost 10 lbs..How did you do it? I tried on my dress tonight and its a bit snug so i gotta loose like 10 to 20 lbs and itll be perfect

ha ha i have to update my pictures......

as i am sitting here stuffing my face!! i am doing weight watchers...the point system works well for me i still have another 5 lbs to go
apparently i went down a whole dress size so my dress needs major alterations..
you should try it but unlike me tonight you have to be strict with yourself..

i kno my mom has got all the books for weight watchers since she used to do it!!
my sister did Herbal Magic(not sure if u have it in the States) she lost like 50 lbs but its darn expensive
