WHAT IS WITH PEOPLE WHO PUMP THEIR BASS AT NIGHT??????????? I swear to god, I'm going to seriously go crazy. I cannot take my neighbors anymore. I know I have complained about my neighbors before, but this is out of control. And because it's not my condo, I can't really do anything about it. My father was just banging on my neighbors door for 20 minutes to ask him to lower his stereo, but he wouldn't answer the door. Last night I banged on the wall at 11pm because my pictures were shaking from his bass, and now he is playing his stereo EVEN LOUDER. The ENTIRE condo is SHAKING. And so I wanted to call the police, and my mother INSISTS he just doesn't realize he's being rude. UM, NO! HE KNOWS! I'm going so nuts. I have not had a good night sleep in days and I am so tired.

And besides, if it's that loud, they probably won't even know it was you that called!

I WANT to call the cops, but again, not my house I'm just staying with my parents for a few months and I don't want to cause any more problems than there are with this guy. My dad is going to try to catch him tomorrow evening and say something. I don't get it because my dad talks to him when he's out back, and although my dad says this guy's an idiot, he's pleasant enough during the day. But I KNOW he knows what he's doing. It doesn't really bother my parents because they are usually asleep by the time he starts up for the night. They are HEAVY sleepers and on the other side of the house, so it doesn't really bother them. I have been complaining to them, but I don' think they took me seriously about how LOUD it is. So I went and woke them up when he started it tonight and they were in shock. Well, at least my father was. My mother just attributes it to him having a brain the size of a pea. Which I'm sure is the case as well....

Well, just because of his lack of brain size, doesn't mean you should suffer. If you called the police, the neighbor wouldn't necessarily know it was you who did it....they can just say a complaint came in from a neighbor......

dani, that's the funny thing, it's NOT a kid! He's gotta be like 45, AT LEAST! He's just a shmuck! My mother claims it's only fair to call the police after we say something to him in person. But that's fine, then SHE CAN SLEEP IN HERE!
