So remember my post last week about how my mom's friend wanted to do our flowers for the wedding and was going to give us pricing at her cost?
Sooooooo My mom comes in and tells FH and I that as our wedding gift the lady is going to pay the cost of our flowers!

I am soooooooo happy right now. We were getting 15 High centerpieces, my bok, 3 bm bok, petals for FG, 6 Boutonnieres, Coursages, Ceremony decor, Reception decor. Everything! She said I can pick any flowers I want.

Woo Hoo!!!!!!!!!!!

I know...I feel sooo lucky right now.....I want to get her something special at the wedding...do you think thats okay? I don't know what to get her. She doesn't like gift cards or certificates b/c she never really goes out since she is always so busy running the flower shop.....maybe something engraved from the two of us? or a small piece of jewelry, like a bracelet? I also don't want to seem like I'm 'paying'her back b/c I don't want her to get offended....any suggestions??????

I dont think she will think you are 'paying her' if you give her a nice token of appreciation..regardless not sure if it will add up to the cost of all flowers...nice piece of jewelry...perhaps a gift certificate to a spa...
