OMG talk about rudeness

My friend nicole calls me and she says to me i am going to call the marriott for my cousin as a birthday gift. a nite in NYC.

I said ok cool.

So the reservations lady was so rude on the phone to my friend. She was like no this is just not available. I cant give you any information on something that isnt available.

And she asked about a special program she is in and the woman said 'like i told you i cant give you a quote on something that isnt available'

so my friend say ok thank you have a good day.

then that was it.

we thought the woman hung up...SHE DIDNT.

I said to my friend 'OMG she was so rude, what a B!TCH'

and the woman spoke and said 'I heard that'
then hung up

OMG is that rude of her or what??? She was listening in on our conversation after my friend and this woman were finished speaking. the woman should have hung up and she didnt

I love when people say stupid things...I heard that...I would have said I MEANT THAT!!

LMFAO!!!

OMG funny

I would complain to her supervisor and tell them what a rude biotch she was

LMAO! She must have felt like an idiot

You should have said 'you were supposed to hear it.'

Glad she heard it ...b/c heck, sounds like she deserved it!
