OMG! They just told me my dress won't ship until July 5th!!!

I just called Kleinfelds and they told me that my dress isn't due to be shipped from the designer until July 5th! They told me it would be IN before July 1st! I'm getting married July 26th....Oh no!!! I have to call their customer service line in the morning, and maybe I'll contact the designer directly, I've had contact with her before and she's really nice. She assured me when I met her that if I ordered the dress, by the time I did, it would be in on time...??

i would definitely call! you need a rush on that - if it ships on 7/1, when is it due to kleinfelds???? i would call both the designer and kleinfelds. i'm sure it'll work out - kleinfelds has a really good reputation.

Hey Swags, It was due IN on July 1st!!! Now it's not going to ship till the 5th!! I just e-mailed Amy Michelson's office..hopefully she can help...I think she'll make sure I have my dress...but what if the alterations are too much for them to do?

Klienfelds is a very reputable salon...i GUARANTEE they will come through for you...dont worry...at least you are finding this out now...when you still have a while to work everything out

3 weeks is MORE than enough time to alter your dress...I wouldn't worry about it...

WOW that's really cutting it close! I would double check w/ designer directly just to make sure. And Kleinfelds will definitely come through for you, I'm sure!

I completely understand. I am having the same panic because I still don't have my dress in yet and you of course know the date. Call both of them. Kleinfeld's has an impecable reputation they will get it done!! Just call!! They knew about this, you spoke to both Kleinfeld and the designer personally remind them of that!

Do not worry...it will be there. I promise. My gown is an Eve of Milady and they insisted it wouldn't be in for 1 year, it came in 9 months. And Eve has a HORRIBLE reputation for delivery.

Kleinfeld would not let you go without a gown..and your fittings will be done. I promise!
