So i just spoke to my sister and she said that she and my mom had an arguement over where to have my bridal shower my mom wants to do it at dave and busters!!! I'm sorry I am not a bridezilla but dave & busters is out of the question. I really want a simple backyard thing in the spring time. How do i say this to my mom without her knowing that my sister told me. I didnt even want to know about it but i defintely dont want it somewhere like D & B's

haha, i wouldnt want dave and buster's probably either....but honestly, it sounds kind of fun. do you have an bm's that could speak to your mom for you? maybe someone can offer up their backyard? good luck!

Why don't you just casually mention it to you Mom.... Like say you saw one on TV that was a simple backyard party.. and you REALLY loved it.
Don't tell your Mom that your sister told you it would be at D&Bs.

Yeah D&B i dont think so. lol I guess mom wants it to be fun fun fun! Still its sweet of her to want everyone to have a great time.

Next time you guys are just sitting around mention your shower and say that you know they are the ones planning it but you would be happiest with a simple backyard thing in the spring time....

mine wasnt what i originally wanted either - i found out where it was after it was planned and at first i was kind of bummed - it was not the brunch and mimosa shower i had envisioned BUT it was amazing and i loved every second of it....i wouldnt change a thing!

they actually have nice party rooms and you don't have to do the games if you don't want to the one in islandia is much nicer than the one on 110
