OMG!!! Unemployment is IMPOSSIBLE!!!

I'm sorry but I consider myself a pretty intelligent person ... WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
Forty five minutes bounced around to four different people, recreating information that was entered thru the web WEEKS AGO (hello!! If you speak to me & can pull up all my info from my SSN, why when I enter it on the touch pad did it seem brand new???) ...

Then having someone talk to ME like I'm a moron because they can't get their stories straight from one rep to another!!!!

Sorry for the rant ... being kicked aside by a freakin place I have ten years of my life wasn't enough

I know ... I shouldn't complain - at least I am entitled to collect.

BAD Customer service type crap just easily frustrates me (hmmm ... think my HR dept debacle ).

I think I'll hit the treadmill and finish watching Chicken Run (tv in the basement only had the VCR hooked up ... not a lot of choices)

Ugh! Sometimes I wonder how people who really aren't intelligent at all make it through the day. Even when you are it is so hard to jump through all the necessary hoops!

When I filed last January, I put all the initial paperwork thru and was told that I would get a call..... well, I did 4 months later when I was working again.
