omg we are bidding on a house!!!

We saw a house today in Old Medford (Suffolk County) and Fh and I love it. We are going to put a bid in. IM SO EXCITED i JSUT WATNED TO SHARE!!!

I know. And the nerves never end. We placed a bid in October and finally are closing next week. I am sooo nervous. It never ends until you get the keys I guess. Now I know why everyone told me buying a house is the most stressful thing. Man it sure is. Everything is a hassle and a problem. I can't wait for it to be over.

Thank you so much girls...We have to talk to the reaelstate agent today. And he will tell us waht the plan of attack is haha....

My friend had many problems when she bought a house...she started teh whole proccess in August. And did not close till the week before christmas. So I dont know what my deal would be. Obviously not using the same guys!!!
