OMG WE COULD CLOSE TOMORROW

if we wanted to!! Our title is in and everything is ready to go Frankie wants to wait if we can until after I get out of school but the owners want out sooner so we might be in before the 4th of July!!

Jess it was so fast- like 1 month!! Planning BBQ's yes, but no one will be allowed inside since we threw out all of our furniture-

Jess we literally threw it in the dumpster, it was not the style that we wanted for the house! So out it went!! So now we have going nuts looking for furniture-

We did the same thing with furniture...we threw EVERYTHING AWAY...all we had left was a boxspring, mattress, alarm clock and TV!!!

We had to furnish the entire house...it sounds crazy but it's so much fun to decorate your new house!
You're going to have a ball!!

No Jenn, we are waiting for the owners to push the issue. We (I mean DH) doesn't want to close until I am done with school. He wants me to work full time on decorating.( , but I am happy to do it, just don't like being told to do it in that way)

So we will be closing as soon as the owners attorney tells our attorney.

Wow- that was quick! How exciting! I spent last summer decorating and getting the house ready. I hung the last picture up the night before I went back to school in September!
