I've been up for awhile this morning and about 10 mins ago I realized that my e-ring wasn't on my finger!!!! It fell off during the night and thank god I found it in the bed! But wow that was so scary!!!
I guess this diet is really working

I don't sleep with it on, but have woken up in and realized it wasn't on and freaked! I hate that feeling!!! Glad you found it!!!!

Be careful!!!! In between having my ring sized (I got it at a 7.5, now its 5.5 and still a little lose), I've had my ring fall off a few times! One time, I was shaking my hands out after washing them and it went flying across the room!
Def. dont wear it at the gym (your fingers will ge sweaty and it will slip off) or in the shower!! I can finally wear my ring 24/7 now. Its only like half a size too big instead of 2 full sizes.

DH lost his ring within hours of being married. The morning after he woke up at 7am, looked at his hand and frantically woke me up.
I'm glad your diet it working for you and even happier that you found your ring. I got into the habit of taking it off and putting it on the Waterford Crystal ring stand I got as part of my bridal party gifts from my sister a la My Fair Wedding.

I do the same thing. My ring was Fh's grandmother's e~ring. I'm petrified of losing it!
