OMG, YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE WHAT MY NEIGHBOR DID TODAY....

Ok, I've complained about my LOUD neighbor many a times before...but this is just a whole 'nother ball game now. I live in a condo, so our decks are connected and other than a shoulder high fence, we can see eachother's deck. SO...he put up a STAGE, yes, A STAGE ON HIS DECK What the HELL? It's this HUGE, UGLY blue frame with a BIG ARSE SIGN that says, and I quote directly since I AM LOOKING AT IT NOW!, 'Home By Wire, Home Automation and Theatre. Management, Surveillance, Security and Scene Lighting.' WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? AND..also, there's CURTAINS. What the F?

Oh, and on TOP of this....we are trying to sell our condo, and WE HAVE PEOPLE COMING OVER TO LOOK TONIGHT! I know I would NEVER buy a place where the god****ed neighbor has a STAGE ON HIS DECK IN FULL VIEW!

MAybe he is going to be throwing a party this weekend for labor day. Any one care to crash? Or... you could invite a whole bunch of brides over and we can keep him up AlL NIGHT LONG? Any one care to rent a karoeke machine??? I will bring the liquor!

Maybe he heard you are selling your condo and this is his way of detering new people because he really loves you guys and doesn't want to see you guys go?

Ok. we figured out that he must be going to a trade show because he owns a stereo company...WHEW! but if it's not gone by this weekend, you girls are all coming over with some booze and karaoke!
