OH my gosh!!!!! MY FFIL got me a big bag of Jelly Bellies cause he knows I LOVE them.......well, in the past TWO days I've eaten half the freakin bag!!!! THEN, oh yah.....there's more.......I ate half a bag of Fritos Corn Chips!!!!!!
I thought having these dam braces were supposed to HELP me stay away from these things!!!!
Oh my goodness, I think actually just gained another pound as I typed this.........

I am so with you! I bought my dream dress and it has a low back. The day after Thanksgiving I tried it on to show my MOH and I have BACK FAT!! YUCK!!

Me too! And I've been saying for months that I have to hit the gym. But seriously...the past few weeks I'm eating sooooo much (I'm talking two dinners, four desserts, etc.)...and no im not preggers either. It must be a stress thing?

Its the thanksgiving bug! Over eatting all weekend, its hard to NOT over eat after that kinda weekend!!!! Im the same way! I ate a HUGE bag of doritos in the past 2 nights

Alright, I said I was going to go to the gym this morning. Well... I woke up at 6 and fell back asleep. I am now eating starburts (which are soooooo good!) I need to get my a$$ in gear! That Beluga looks like the same one I saw at the Shedds Aquarium in Chicago!! Portion control, and more than anything, NEVER skip meals. Slows down you metabolism, and makes it worse. You can eat ALLLLLLLLL you want. Small portions, and good food. Nothing fatty. You'll fit into your dress. Just focus, cause on your day, you wanna be able to breathe!!!
