OMGOMGOMG ***UPDATE****

So awhile back I posted that I was having clutches for my bmaids custom-made by someone on etsy and she was really slow in getting back to me - they were supposed to be done and shipped on Monday and I haven't heard from her.

I paid a 50% deposit already.

And I sent her a message yesterday and didn't hear back.

And now I go on her page and her store is totally empty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*** do I do???? Did she just run off w/ my money? Plus I want the clutches!!

I just randomly searched for 'custom clutches' on etsy and up popped a new seller, except it was all the same merchandise!!! A pic in her shop is the same exact pic she had sent me for my sample!!!!! She must've set up a new name b/c she had bad reviews on her old name. I messsaged her and was like 'I know who you are, if you don't reply I will be forced to report you to etsy abuse!'

lodge a complaint with etsy and paypal!

Definitely contact etsy and paypal!

OMG how did you pay her? did you use a CC or paypal? contact them!

Also - I have been contacting an etsy vendor clutchses too -- can you FM who the vendor is....

Ok...I did a DUMB DUMB DUMB thing.

I paid via AlertPay, which I was told is like paypal in canada. but it's not Paypal, so of course I have no idea how to go about reporting this.
