Ok...so DH and I went to an open house today for fun...not seriously looking. We didn't like the house...so on our way out of the community, we saw a sign for another open house...so we went...but it was way out of our price range. So, when we were leaving, we talk to the agent to say thank you. So, he tells us that there is another open house a few blocks from there and one of his collegues is there...more in our price range. So, we head over to see it. WE LOVED IT!!! I'm so excited. We called the agent to tell him we want to put an offer in on it. So...now, we have to fill out some paperwork and get the ball rolling. Wish us luck!!!
But...now we have to sell our condo. So, if anyone is interested in a 2BR/2BA condo in NJ, let me know!
ETA: Our offer was accepted!!! Now, the fun begins
