i got goosebumps too... it said he put the ring on her finger as they EMT's were working on her...

Thats insane! I mean, when my FH proposed I felt like I was shocked by lightening afterward because I was so surprised! More like totally shocked! But that story is crazy! Poor girl. At least she was able to love someone before her tragic accident.
