Ok so, My fiance and I are driving ourselfs NUTS trying to figure out who 1. we can afford and 2. who we should use SO I figured I'd ask you guys for help!
We're getting married 6/26/11 at the Thatched Cottage so we realize we need to get a move on it! Does anyone have suggestions for reasonably priced:
Photographer/Videographers
DJ
String ensemble (2-4 ppl) for a half hour ceremony
We MORE than appreciate all the suggestions we can get!

Videographer - without a doubt you should contact Couped Up.
Photographer - LoveMore Photo... they are very reasonable and do phenomenal work...

FH & I are on a major budget as well. We are going with:
Photographer: Franco Prete Photography
DJ: Lastop Productions!
They are both great with prices & do amazing work!

I would recommend unique visions studio for photo and video when I booked with them I received money off for booking both with them and for booking early.
For DJs variety music and sound connection will give you amazing deals.

I would recommend Duet for photography, and After Hours for a DJ - I am also getting a string trio from them for my ceremony

my two favorite photographers are: my photographer (jacquie lew at photo philosophies) and lovemorephoto. Both have great prices and do very nice work

I am using variety dj and Thomas Paul Photography.
thomas paul was a middle of the road price. I had some that were more expensive, some that were cheaper but gave less, and some that were cheaper but I would have had to add ALOT after the wedding.
Patken - you can add alot after the wedding, this could be a good thing if your budget is tight.

Photography -Lighthouse Photography has a photo package - all day coverage that starts at $900
DJ- FM Entertainment
Video - Halo for $1k
Try and keep all vendors under $2k at least and you should be fine!

i have only booked photo/video so far and am using creative compositions.....very reasonable and they do everything....epics/bpics/photo video montage/albums etc.......

To save $$ look for a company that does photo and video together like Duet. We booked ours separately and we definitly went over budget on that one.
