If a place caps the Alterations at one amount and if the BM dress requires a bustle, is that included in the Capped amount or is it a seperate charge?

A bustle is often an extra charge outside of the cap. My place charges seperate for the cap and bustle.

Yep it's not included! I went today too!!! And that whole capped thing is stupid too because all she needed to do was cut like an inch if that off the bottom and I was still charged the full $55??? Also we thought it was $10 for the bustle but she charged $30 because she said we needed a 3 point bustle and they charge per point! Whatever!

Okay cool....well, not cool thats its a 3 point bustle for 30 bucks but cool b/c I thought the lady was jerkin me I must have just missed you....my appt was 2:30! Yeah, they didnt have to cut that much off mine either!!! I keep telling myself Im in the wrong business
