On my 4th day....

No smoking.

Yeah go me

I figure if I can make it through this hellish week without a cig, then I'm good to go.

Actually, the thought of smoking one makes me sick a little bit...I guess it was time to quit.

you can do it!!!!!! FH quit 3 months ago and is sooo happy he did. He feels better, saved in expenses, and it gets easier every day. I used to smoke to, so I know. The first few weeks are the hardest.

Just let the urge pass...give it a few minutes..do something else, and it will go away...then the urges come less and less. keep it up!!!!!!

i quit like 2 weeks before september 11th... i figured if i could make it past that week and not have one i was good... and its true...

but i still have nightmares that i smoked
