Can anyone recommend an on site wedding artist? I am looking for a painter to capture the spirit of our reception on canvas.
I just saw one at the Bridal Expo 2 weeks ago! I think I might have thrown out his card because FH and I thought it was an expense we couldn't do.....I will double check though!
I really wanted this but did not have much luck finding someone locally that was reasonably priced. please fm me if you find anyone good. thanks!
If anything you can get a good reception picture, put in on photo shop to look like brush strokes and walgreens can print it on a canvas for you. it could be a huge difference in cost and have a similar look. my boss did it with a pic of his dog it looks amazing like somone painted it!
I know of an artist who is VERY good. I dont know if he has ever done a real wedding, but he has done murals/paintings for my boss. He even painted my bosses' bathroom and living room. (painted a mural) Kind of like when you have a little kids room and you need someone to paint the wall a certain theme....you can def check him out and see. FM if you are interested in his info....
One of my friends had a wedding artist at her wedding, and he was amazing! I wish I had his name.
