When you put in the downpayment, etc. and it calculates your mortgage does it also factor in the taxes?

I didn't think it did either. But i went to the website and the calculator that says what would your mortgage payment be there's a space to put in taxes. So if you can estimate how much you'd borrow, the interest rate, and how much taxes are then you can get an idea of how much the total payment would be and if you think you can afford that. Good luck!
