we went to look at a house in Franklin square a couple of months ago, but the house needed some major repairs and the people didnt want to come down in price... well the real estate called last night asking if we were still interested and to see what our bid would be now (they wanted us to up our bid 10K) but with all the repairs and new appliances (they are not sure if the appliances work and the house is being sold as is.) I didnt budge from my orignal offer.. So today I am waiting to see if they accept it or not..

They dont live there and we dont own a house so that works on our side because we can be in as fast as the bank moves..

Thank you EVERYONE.. im sooooo happy.. I cant believe it.. i mean i know its just an accepted offer right now and its a big process from here but i am still sooo happy!!!

Kris i am soo happy that I am going back to FS.. its school district 17.. and the grammer is POLK... which is where i went!!! I couldnt be happier!!!!!!! You will have to come by and visit and well have dinner with Andrea too..

Erica, thank you so much!! i know its because of your bid acceptance dust!!!! They dont live in the house, it was their parents house which at this point is almost empty, its got some old cloths some stuff in the closets a couple of beds a table and some couches. So I guess i can be in as fast as it takes the mortgage to go through!!! YEAH US!!!

I've been following along on your house search. It's so good to hear that all of your waiting has paid off...I knew that it would!

FS is such a nice area (I grew up nearby)...great schools, near everything, and A&S bagels and Carmella's are close by.
