i posted a bit ago about my e-ring being loose (the diamond).
Fi thought I was crazy but his aunt took it back to the shop and realized that the prongs were bad.
They reset it and now its great...and not loose!
And best of all, I don't feel like a crazy person for thinking that the prongs were not symetrical or 'right'...

I think this is a common thing with new settings... I noticed that my stone was a little loose and took it back to have it adjusted... nothing wrong with protecting the prize!

Yes, I remmeber you...Congrats!!!! I decided to get a new setting. I LOVE my setting and nothing can replace it, but I dont feel comfortable fixing mine. So I am going to get a neclace made with my broken setting. It can be made into like a hanging thing with a stone inbetween.. Hard to explain. So I will always have my original setting.
