OK If there could be a title called Most Indecisive Bride of the Week title I would take it....we are now on our 3rd hall, I've had 3 different dresses..maybe 3 is my lucky number???
This has to be it though, no this is it! We were booked at the Ocean Club, then Bridgeview Yacht Club and now.................. Sans Souci ! lol We decided on fewer people for our wedding and things were getting out of control so now we moved again! I am thrilled though, Sans Souci is beautiful I loved it there when we went to visit, it gave me a warm cozy feeling. I am dreading the decisions I have to make or remake that is!

The main room, without that little alcove holds 15 tables. so if you have 10 at a table thats 150

See I wasn't sure how many tables that alcove holds...I am hoping to come in at 120-130 so I guess we will send out around 160? invites does that sound right? I am so confused about how many to send out and how many to guestimate we will have. I know the people on the list are coming so we already have a good number on that...so much to think about! I have to download the pics I took from there on Sunday. Are you getting married outside, weather permitting?

You will be totally fine with 120-130 people, more than fine, The room looks small but it holds alot more than you think!!! We made a list of everyone fairly quickly so i could see what we would end up with. I saw alot of 06 and 07 girls who posted how many they invited and how many showed up, and i was surprised at how many No's people had, i have alot of out of state people, and i know i will have alot of NO's
Yes I am getting married outside, weather permitting, although i know it will rain, cant help but be pessamistic, but somehow i just know it wont be nice out. I am also taking pictures before hand at Old Westbury Gardens, I am just trying to finalize Time Frames and who is going to be there for pictuers with us.

I didn't realize we are actually getting married the same weekend! lol Are you using the inhouse florist? I have booked Pedestals already but to save cost I might just use the inhouse florist for the CPs and Pedestals for the rest...i am going to meet with him on Sunday. I am sure I will end up upgrading something.
i think they use flowers by brian for their centerpeices- i am sticking with their centerpeices- they looked very elegant- I was just thinking of getting votives to put around them

They actually use Donald Hedgecock in Rego Park? I am going to meet with him on sunday. Hopefully it all works out. I love how they provide the canopy decorated and all what a deal...
