Having a place of our own; where we can just relax and spend time together without other people constantly asking FH to do something.

I want to go back to school and get my masters. And living together, I want to enjoy our marriage for now without kids. We never lived together so this is going to be fun.

a new deck. oh and inground sprinklers.
