i was supposed to go for a trial with the owner (for hair) and someone who works for her for makeup...she wound up cancelling my appt without telling me--she seemed kind of rude to me and very difficult to work with...I posted on the knot several times and people had similar experiences...

Thanks for sharing your experience... I hesitated on booking an appointment since it was a lot of money for trial and day of to take a risk.

A friend of mine went for a trial and told me it was outrageously expensive . She wanted one hairstyle, they gave her another and still charged her the outlandish trial price.
