Once you are married....

Will you still celebrate your 'dating anniversary'????

I think it'll always be a special day for us but we'll more than likely celebrate our wedding anniversary!

Nope - actually we used to have a different anniversary. We celebrated the first day we kissed as our anniversary, but my grandma passes away on our 2nd anniversary so we changed it to our first date (obviously we didn't kiss on our first date - FH was too shy).

I'm sure we'll still remember the dating anniversary, but no special celebration.

this Dec. 23 will be 11 years with FH- we've been through so much in those years that it really burns me that we have those years technically erased when we are married!!!

i think when people ask I will say something like together for blank, married for blank. I just can't give them up- they were HARD EARNED!

Honestly, we dont do it now. We kind of know when it was but since we werent 'too' serious at the time.....we never choose a date.
I just know it was sometime in Nov.
So bad right?

We've only had one to celebrate so while it will be special a date, we'll be married before the second dating anniversary comes along. The wedding date will become the big one to celebrate.

i'm sure we'll have a special dinner or something....FSIL was so set on getting married on her dating anniversary, she was engaged for 3 years, just so that her dating anniversary/wedding would fall on a Sat!

Nah. We'll only just be celebrating our 1st anniversary together this year, and I doubt we'll even do anything. By next year we'll be married already so that'll be our anniversary!!!

Our original 'dating' anniversary is 5/19/90 and we still celebrate that date. OMG! was that long ago or what

I don't think so since our dating anniversary is February 11th and then you have Valentines day afew days later so once we are married I think we will jsut have a nice romantic dinner at home or something
