Once you made an offer and it was accepted, approximately how long did it take you to go to Contract?

It took me about 3 weeks to get the paperwork done and both of us to sign it. It has all been 'Hurry up and wait!!'
I'm in contract, I applied for the mortgage, and I just got MORE paperwork from SONYMA and some from the COOP board... it's a lot of work but it will be worth it!

In about a week or so we got the paperwork.

Chloe: How long did it take for your lawyer to review the financials of your building.
I can't get excited until the contracts are signed.
Once we are in contract, DH and I can start looking for our new home.
I just hope this all works out and we can move out of our co op and into our new house w/out needing a place in between.
