Just thought I'd share a little discovery I made....
Last year I started on WW and lost 30 lbs. I was ecstatic, but I slacked over the holidays and added back about 10 of those pounds.
With my wedding coming soon, I started again on WW in April, but wasn't seeing as quick of results - I was losing, just not as much. So I tried to figure out what I had done last year and it dawned on me that I was taking the One A Day Weight Smart last year, but had switched to a Woman's formula this year. So about 3 weeks ago I switched back to Weight Smart and I am seeing about a pound a week difference now (from losing 1-2 a week to losing 2-3 a week)!!
So if any of you are looking to kick up your weight loss, maybe it will work for you too! Make sure you take them with food though, or they make you all wonky!!

Thanks! I have been super hesitant to try any kind of pill but vitamins should be ok for me.

Yeah, I tried Trimspa. It felt like they were doing nothing for me. Turns out I was taking them wrong (becauase the directions are worded funny) and I wasted my time and money. So, I'll just stick to vitamins now
