We're still missing 45 response cards!!!!! Not only that, but I made a few phone calls last night and people were like 'oh yea, we're coming' so I said 'well why didnt you send back the card?' and I got 'oh, i dunno' what am i suppose to read minds?! c'mon!
And we only got one rsvp card today -- from one of my BMs who i already knew was coming (but had to remind her to send the card back).
If we dont get 45 rsvp cards tomorrow....these people are not going to like when i call them, cuz i wont be nice about it

This scares me that I am repeatedly hearing this same story go down. Im like prayinig it wont happen to me, but it seems no one can escape it. Sorry!! That is so frustrating!!

People are so darn rude. I ALWAYS send my responses back literally, as soon as I get them, unless it's a situation where I'm not quite sure...but I still get them back in a timely fashion!! I'm sorry sweetie!!

Our RSVP was April 6th, we're STILL getting response cards. And I had my FMIL make the calls, cause I'm NOT so nice about things that pertain to my wedding at times. In any event. I hope they plan on poppin a squat on the floor if they do come, cause there's no more room!!! Ya snooze, ya lose.PERIOD.

Welcome to my world. The late responses are from FH side of the family. I had my families responses within a week of sending them out.

UGH! People are terrible. You plan this day for about a year, place the STAMP on the envelope for them, yet they still can't get it together. I hope this doesn't happen to me.

My RSVP deadline is this saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday nothing no RSVPs I better get a whole lot between Friday and Saturday

Makes you wonder if people don't understand an RSVP date. Do they think they're supposed to hold on to the response cards and then FINALLY mail them out as of that date? I can't believe people don't get the concept!!!

with those ppl you called, I would also ask them to send their cards in although the RSVP is tom. (you can never be too sure, plus you'll have it in writing!)

I wonder if there is a new modern way to word RSVP's like: if you don't respond by aug 18th you ain't comin'!!!!! Good Luck I hope you get a flood od RSVP's tommorow, if not hope the calls are painless!

I purposely sent out my invites two days ago with an RSVP date of June 1st b/c I knew there would be late responses. It's frustrating to say the least.
