One less Bridesmaid

So i just found out one of my bridesmaid is having a baby, not only did i just found out she was but shes already 5 MOnths, when Im sure i asked her about 2 months ago there is no way she didnt know back when i asked her.

I think shes due in October im not sure, Shes gonna be too busy with the new baby she already has one, and i dont wanna leave the bridesmaid dresses till the end of the year since the holiday season is so crazy. I want to get the dresses by September or early October since im planning on havin a lil vacation for my bday in late October. I hate leaving things for the last minute anyways its too much.

My cousin is getting married in October and her sister (MOH) just had her 3rd daughter on June 8th. They ordered the bridesmaid dress in around the size that she would be in October. So I don't see why this BM can't do the same thing. its not like she is going to be pregnant when you get married. I think she should be able to handle 2 children when my cousin is being her sisters MOH with 3 girls under the age of 5. I would definitely talk to her and try and figure out what she is doing
