Today is my one month anniversary of quitting smoking, FH and I quit together but he is having a hard time. I havent touch a cig in whole month PHEW!!! Now if I can just go a month with no ice cream...hmmmmm!

Congrats!! Fh and I have been trying to quit also!!!! What did you do to stop!? The last time I quit I did it cold turkey, but fh didn't quit therefore I went back! Poo!!!
