One more question

Has anyone joined a weight loss program to get ready for their big day? I joined Weight Watchers in the second week of January 2005 and have lost 40.2lbs so far....my fiance and I joined together and he has lost 53.8lbs. We are so proud of ourselves and it really has made us think about how important our health is if we are going to spend the rest of our lives together. I would love to contact other WW members and offer support weekly when we accomplish our minature goals. Anyone interested?

Oh, by the way...I still have plenty more too lose so I wont be abandoning the board....I have at least 50 more pounds to go...

Re: One more question

I use to do weight watchers. I just got sick of counting the points. Then I did south beach but got bored of that also. Now I just try to eat healthy and avoid the junk food that I sooo love. I also belong to a gym which I haven't been to because of the wedding planning and all my school work, but I'm starting back again this week. I have incentive now that I have to take E-pics and am going to start dress shopping in the spring

I've tried WW too and it has worked for me but then I get bored, I joined a gym and then stopped going because I was bored - I need to get out of this rut!

I am just going to really try to eat well and exercise regularly. Every time I tried a brand diet it never worked for me.

I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. I lost 17 pounds last year to get there, gained some back and now I'm trying to get some of it off again. It's tough but I'm trying!!

That is awesome...congrats to both of you
I started eating more healthy and made sure I worked out more consistently.
After the holidays, I am getting a trainer to help me really get in good shape.
