I tried David's Bridal already. What other stores could I try in Queens and not too far out in LI for a wedding gown that is under $1,000? Meaning not an expensive place.
Also, people have told me to try places in the city where they have designer samples b/c I'm around a size 4. Anyone know anything about this?

I got mine at Flowerama in Franklin Square...paying $550 plus alterations

Not sure where to try, but you might want to call the place before you go, make sure they have smaller size samples.
