One of my cats

just pooped in the litter box and it freakin stinks.... gross

my cat... we call him the lazy dirty old man.. hes 13 and he poops and it stinks and he doesnt cover it with litter... he leaves that for us to do... silly old b@stard.

I have two... my Crackerjacks cleans the box like a fanatic, she covers the doo doo (since I can't say Sh*t!!!), claws the ceiling, hops out and claws the floor, shes nuts. The other one, Ms Lickins, that made the stinky, leaves it there for her sister to clean. Cats are such characters!!!

my cat up at college used to poop and let it get hard and then kick it out of the litter box and play with it like it was a toy. It was very pleasant because in the middle of the night he'd slapshot it under my door.

that's so funny, I'll never let him up on my bed. when I had a cad he used to sleep on top of my covers and make it hard for me to turn.

yea and one time he tried to hang himself through the blinds, my roommate had to save him. It was his first suicide attempt.

Along these lines....

Quick question for you ladies who have cats.

I just bought our cat a covered litter box... Well, he loves it so much that he HANGS OUT IN THERE.

Has this happened to anyone? what should I do??

Awwwwwwww, that's so cute!

My babies are in and out but Fluffy, the monster, he'll do the whole scratch until his arm is about to fall off thing... He'll scratch for almost 10 minutes but they never 'hang out' in there. Your cat actually sits and chills? I think that's adorable! I bet (s)he'll get out of the habit once it loses its brand new smell!

Ya, I'm sure he will. It'd be tough to get him out of the habit since you don't want to discourage him from using his litter for the right reasons so... yea... I'd just leave 'im in there... and take some cute pics while it lasts

Ewww...I just thought about it... what about when he cuddles up on your pillows Pets are so much fun!

Actually mine used to sit and hang out in there, it was his haven when he did something bad because he knew none of were reaching in there after him

oh my god all this stuff is so funny!!!!

This wasnt funny at the time but its been about 10 years so its kinda funny now.

My old cat lewis. He used to LOVE eating string so much that one time he ate some and it wraped around his intestines and he was really sick and almost died. then a few years later he ate more sting and a needle was attached this time. he went into the sewing box. This ended up killing him and it really wasnt funny at the time he was like another kid in the house. But now i think back and what a do-do.

Aww your poor cat that must have been so sad, I thought cats were supposed to be smart
