I guess it depends how you use facebook. For me... its not 'social networking' that by any means I'd use professionally.

I don't care what I say or to whom I say it.

My thinking is if you add a person on fb you should be prepped to hear whatever.

Remove or 'hide' her if she posts stuff like that and it annoys you.
