When theres a foot of snow outside, hes the one that has to spend hours shoveling as you sit inside nice and warm.. laughing your a## off while taking pics of him..............
a disadvantage would be answering your phone and it being FH on the other end screaming at you for locking him out of the house... oops!

Benefit: we live in a co-op and somebody else does it I even parked my car in the muni garage so I wouldn't have to dig it out from our lot. I had enough of digging my car out when I lived way upstate during college--it was great when we'd routinely get 2-3 feet of snow over a night. I'll never forget the look on the security guys' face when they saw me digging out my car with my lacrosse stick

aaah, that's so true. We live in an apt, so we don't have to shovel, but I love not having to take the dog out or clean off my car...he does both. And my car is always warm and toasty when I get in.

I took pictures of my FH last year shoveling. Shoveling is definitely an added bonus, that way you don't have to do it yourself.

Wow! Look at that snow! I don't think it's that deep here in Park Slope.
i guess then that there are benefits to living in a crappy rental in Brooklyn: someone else shovels our snow! It may be one of the FEW benefits of this place, but I'll take it for today.

Well I did make the man a great breakfast and even made him hot chocolate for when he came in after shoveling (2 hours later)..... I am 'letting' him play xbox for the rest of the day

Marc_Rai - I agree! I also live in a building and don't have to shovel, but poor fi wakes up at 3am to go to work and has to clean the car...and he doesn't get back until 7pm! A huge advantage is having him to snuggle up to and being blessed with such a hard working man...love him! ♥

Totally true about the Co-OP thing, BUTTTTTTT our guys were so backed up, that they didn't come until 3:30!!! so we had already shoveled MOST of it by then!!! FH did the steps,and a little of the walkway, I did my car... then FH finished up the Parking spot so we could get out while I sat in the car with the heat blasting!!!
