If she gets them today, she should be fine. I know of someone else who had their shoes dyed 4 days before the wedding. And she was the bride!

The place where I bought my shoes can have them dyed for you the next day if you want the info let me know, but it might be a bit of drive for your sister??

If she doesn't get it done, then she is out of the wedding Thats what I had to tell her when she took a month longer than everyone else to order her dress! And the next day she ordered it.
