Anyone watching this show on TLC about a couple trying to save their marriage??? The gal wants sex 4-5 times a week but she can't even go into an adult shop w/o blushing? Hm....

Re: One Week To Save Your Marriage
It's a new show about couples with marriage problems... Kinda like the Super Nanny for couples.
Well apparently the woman wants more emotional connection with the guy, but is too proud to ask for it or doesn't know how to ask for it so she attributes it to lack of sex that's causing the marriage to unravel.
Go figure... they are staying together though. Some of the counseling tips seem to help.

Don't you wonder if people actually TALK to each other before they get married? It's amazing the problems people have once married - we should all go to couples counseling prior to marriage - get it all out of the way first!

I missed it. But hopefully I can catch another show. You know what show I really miss from TLC - For Better or For Worse. They had some great ideas on their for weddings.

very true...a lot of younger couples who don't live together or don't spend TONS of time together, ALONE tend to be in that boat because once they get married, they realize they dont' knwo the person they just married...i'm not campaigning for shacking up...but i've seen it happen to a lot of couples. my cousin is miserable..their religion forbids a dating couple to ever be alone...their dates must be chaperoned...no matter their ages or they are shunned (seriously) and now she is miserable...but her religion puts an even higher shun on divorce and she doesn't want to move back in with her slighly wacky mom...so now she's stuck married to a guy she had no idea was the jerk he's shown himself to be. sad really.
