One week to the wedding and i'm falling apart

I twisted my right ankle the other night at my b-party - and then between standing at the concert last night, and moving furniture with my mom today, i think I aggrevated it even more.

So I've been favoring it, and now my left knee hurts

I better not let kevin know so he doesn't decide to turn me in for a new model

On that note... this time next week I'll be MARRIED <---- cept i really shouldn't do that with my knee and ankle

Definitely put some ice on in case there is any swelling.... it will help to heal it... and rest both legs... lay down!!!

Dont' worry, eveything will be fine. You just need to rest your ankle, lift it up, and put some ice on it and it should be fine.

I know how you feel. We are on the same day but be strong. It will be wonnderful for the both of us.

we're gonna have to Velcro you to the wall for the next week to protect you from yourself.

but FYI- they have these sneakers now (skethcers, i think) that have hidden wheels built into them-- if you keep going at this rate, maybe you can just pick those up, and just have someone pull you down the aisle?
