Online holiday shopping fails..

So I've done a lot of my x-mas shopping online and i've had a few fails with my purchases

1. I ordered my nephew a star wars creepy crawler mold maker thingy - I get it and realize o it doesnt come with the light bulb so now I have to find the stupid bulb and of course it isnt the bulb the regular creepy crawler thing uses.. fail.

2. I ordered my brother a DVD rack.. I really really thought it said black but apparently it said espresso lol so now I have a brown DVD rack and his furniture is black... fail.

3. I ordered my younger brother a wallet with the name of his fave band on it and its really cheap looking and it was NOT cheap... fail.

At least it keeps holiday shopping entertaining!

Oh no... I love shopping online because it means that I do not have to step foot in the mall but I hate when you get the item and it is totally not what you thought it was going to be.

The first two are really my fault .. I should've paid a little more attention to what I was buying.

I do prefer it to actually going to the mall this time of year.. FH and I went to walt whitman on Saturday.. bad choice.

Oh man! That stinks! the closest thing I had this year is my Secret Bride Ornament. It was NOT what I expected and about a third the size... Boo on etsy!

I know exactly what you mean...I ordered a new laptop as a present to me...they screwed up the order so it wont be here in time...

Most of the items I must admit I loved! EXCEPT one lol I ordered a piggy bank baseball cap w/ my friend's son's name and fave team thinking it would be standard piggy bank size lol NOT! It could literally fit in the palm of my hand! I made it a stocking stuffer...FAIL

oh no!!
yesterday i took a 'lunch break' but really went shooping OMG it was like everyone in the world did the same thing!
there was so much traffic and people done know how to drive...
im online now trying to see what i can get shipped before christmas....
i dont really order online so i hope it works out.

I did pretty well online shopping. I got most of it done early and it took out a lot of the stress. I got my mom a really nice laptop on Newegg for $300 and thats my fav gift to give this year. I also go to compare prices on a lot of stuff. Unfortunately it meant my credit card took a beating because I was shopping all day and FH stressed me out so I still had stress. But overall I am pleased with my online purchases!
