online wholesale flowers horrible!

I just got a sample delivery from online wholesale flowers and the quality is horrible - they are bruised, brown, one was lready broken..really bad...Anyone else have this experience?

I was going to use them for my cake flowers, but decided to go with a local florist instead...so glad I did...
