how does weight watchers work online? i am not getting much information from the site w/o joining it. thanks.

They give you all the info online. There are recipes, point values / calculator, journal, etc.

I do it on-line, I like it... so much better than years ago and logging points in a journal...you get recipes on there, you can convert recipes to points...figure out portions in points, love it, very easy.
