Only 2 weeks left....

...on my maternity leave. I can't believe that I have to go back to work already I know that I am lucky that he will be with me at work and I can continue to BF and see him whenever I want, but it's not the same as being home

I'm director of a Child Care Center It's great but I still am so anxious about it. I never thought I would be like this. If he wasn't goig to my job I would definitely be quitting my job, there is no way I could leave him.

You're lucky you'll get to be with him, but I do understand that it's not the same as being home. MY DH and I are debating whether or not I will be going back to work after my maternity leave is over. It's tough!!

Wow, it does go by fast. But, even if you're at work, it's so great that he'll be *with* you all day.

that DID go fast! How fortunate you are to have hiim there though....you two will be used to your new routine in no time! Just think how adjusted he's going to be growing up around all those children. He'll look back someday and be so proud that his mommy took him to work to make sure that he could have all the things he needed!

I cannot believe how fast your time went. I know it will be different, but how great is it that you get to have little Damien with you all day and now he will have lots of little playmates. (Though he will be the cutest!!!!!!!! ) Enjoy every moment you have at home!

Believe me I know how lucky I am.....I think about all the times, before Damien was even a sparkle in my eye, I've said to parents 'they will be fine' It really is one of the hardest things to do as a parent. So I send out to all the working Mommies

BTW: I make up for it in my paycheck, childcare workers get paid squat. Garbagemen make more than we do, but I absolutely would never give up my job!!!!
