I told them it could take 3 months for delivery. Ahgg...People get me so sick. I was in each of there wedding in the past and I purchased my dress and shoes...as soon as they told me where to get it...

If it makes you feel any better, my MOH didn't order (or even look at dresses) until 6 weeks before the wedding!!! She ended up ordering a Belsoie (Jasmine) dress that came in on time ... but still!!!!

Put a scare into them. Tell them that if they don't order the dress NOW that there won't be time for it to come in and for them to get alterations. Tell them honestly that you're getting nervous and you don't need the added stress.
