my face is SOOO broken out! it hasnt been this broken out in over a YEAR! its from stress and from just getting over being sick....i really hope my makeup artist can do wonders covering it up....b/c i havent been so lucky!

annndd...i am freaking out that my dress isnt going to fit me! after all my fittings...last time i tried it on it was a lil snug, but we never let it out any....i am going to try it on tomorrow, i hope they can do something in such short notice if need be

not to help matters, it is supposed to rain....but that is the least of my worries right now....i would rather it POUR than have my face broken out and my dress too tight! PLEASE TELL ME I AM JUST A NERVOUS BRIDE AND IT WILL ALL BE OKAY!!

Take some deep breaths for me please!!!!

Just relax! What do you like to do that soothes you? Is it a bath or listening to music? some yoga? GO do something to help you relax.

Makeup artists do what they do for a reason and we pay them alot of money to work around our faces- and they will make urs flawless- thats what they are supposed to do!

Just breathe itll be ok!

you will be FINE!

for the face---try your best to not stress too much---moisturze and cleanse....hopefully it will start clearing up


and the dress--i kid you not...the week of your wedding---just about every bride loses a few pounds from sheer stress and running around!!! heck a lot of seamstresses tell brides to eat a scoop of ice cream every nite the week or their wedding to keep your weight balanced from the stress! so i'm sure your dress will fit just fine.

Have you ever tried Proactiv? There's a kiosk in Roosevelt Field if you have time to stop there, maybe you should try it. In any case, don't worry, I'm sure your makeup artist will take care of it and you'll never be able to tell. I know what you mean about with the stress. I never break out and I had a big pimple the day I went to look at dresses, and the day I went for my hair/makeup trial...I thought, of all days!

I'm sure your dress is going to be fine. You probably don't even realize with all the last minute running around, you may have actually lost a couple of pounds and it will be perfect. Just try and stay away from salt and starch and drink lots of water...the water may help with your skin too!

Aww, and don't worry about the weather. I haven't checked the forecast, but it will probably change and you'll have a beautiful day. I can understand how you feel, but try not to worry too much. You're going to make a very pretty bride!

I was freaking out about bc a couple of fh's ex's were supposed to be there and i was like great the one time they'll see me in person and i had huge cystic zits, and i mean BADLY and ill post a pic of me the very next day out at fh's friends birthday party.

WIth your dress dont worry many brides lose weight right before the wedding. I know somebody this happened to and the same week they fixed it.

You will look amazing on your wedding

I LOVE proactiv but the first 2 weeks your face can get pretty red and its very dry so i'd be afraid of that happening the day of the wedding if she starts just 4 days before. It is great though and great idea sorry not going against what youre saying but i remember the first few days my face got a bit red and looked like i was out in the sun

about the dress, i have a feeling i didnt lose weight this week b/c i have had less to do since all the stuff for my hall is already done...i am off from work this week, but i have been running around trying to get everything packed for Italy, and tomorrow i have a lot of errands to run. I am waking up early too b/c they are surprising FH at work tomorrow with a 'shower' so i am going to go and surprise him i just hope they dont have all carbs for breakfast lol....i will just eat something before i go and just have coffee there or something

See, I didn't get it because I had a lot of problems with my skin, but I guess I could see how if your skin is already sensitive, it might aggravate the condition. it wasnt that bad, not like what happened when i tried retin a micro that actually burned my skin. But it was a bit red like i got some sun but red instead of a tan. It lasted a few days to a week but she doesnt have time for it to go away.

you know what works for me when my face breaks out in those teeny tiny little pimples?

Benadryl lotion.

I kid you not! I put that on my cheeks and the next morning all those little pimples are GONE! I have super sensitive skin and this really does the trick!
