Only 6 more days of LIW for me

6 more days untilI start my new job
So excited for that... but I won't be on LIW during the day any more

I will probally come on at night every now and then.
My new job is the same as I do now... product development chemist... but for a different company. I am going from a start-up to a fortune 500 so it is going to be a lot different.

Congratulations! I hope it's the start of a wonderful new career.

Last yr I went from corporate to start-up and it's a lot different. I personally like corporate bc there tends to be more career advancement opportunities and sometimes better benefits. After the baby comes, I hope to go back to coroporate.

Aw Julz!!! I haven't been on this board a lot lately, but I used to alwasy love reading your posts and especially hearing (and seeing) little Gizmo! I'll miss your cheery posts, but def. try to come back on LIW at night!!

That sounds like a really interesting job, what do you do there, mix up chemicals at all-? test new drugs?

Thats great!!! Chemistry wasnt my strong point at all in college, organic and inorganic I aced but basic chem ehhhhhh got a B but I struggled. Did you have to major in chemistry? or just a science degree? Sorry for all the questions I just think its soooo cool!
