My computer crashes so I bring it to be fixed and the guy tells me $400+ so I decide to buy a new tower. Go yesterday to get it and the thing crashes today....![]()

Had to go back and the store would not even load the programs for me (which is what their techs said caused the problem). They wanted me to pay them..pffttt
Did it myself after telling the manager if it crashed again it was going to crash through their window next![]()
I hate big chain stores...no customer service at all
