I'm looking for ideas for my friends guest bags. She is from Montauk but getting married in Manhattan. We are trying to come up with ideas using the 'Montauk Meets Manhattan' theme she's got going. I know you ladies always come up with great ideas!

I could suggest the Long Island Travel Guide. It's a 95 page brochure on attractions, etc to do on LI.

how about stuffing them with 'local' goodies? I would put some H&H bagels to represent NYC, and maybe a bag of long island potato chips. Maybe a 'I love NY' keychain and a 'The End - Montauk' bumper stickers.

She could get everything pretty cheaply in times Square gift shops. Most of them sell NY t-shirts for like 6 for $10.

Oh and maybe a small bag of fresh picked apples. Not only does LI have plenty of farms, but New York City is the 'big apple'

I was thinking about that and trying to figure out a snack to represent Montuak.
